• Operates as the CHIEF INSPIRER for LeadONN, a MENA based organization focused on helping people develop the leader within themselves through coaching, training, and design thinking methodologies especially among teens and youth.

• Runs a charitable organization called JII that operates the Grace Academy school in Assam with over 100 students.

• Over 25+ years of experience in the field of software startups, channel management, organizational development, and strategy deployment

• An Erikson Certified Solution Focus Coach, Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Coach.

• Expertise in using a combination of coaching methodologies to help individuals identify gaps in business and personal areas, enabling them to achieve balance and joy in reaching their goals.

• Conducted over 50+ leadership and youth training events across the region and internationally to inspire and transform the life journey of many.
